Users accessing modules through the use of our Learning Management System will need certain tools, such as an up-to-date web browser or media player. This page describes the minimum system requirements and what browsers ITS, Inc. modules have been tested on. The results of our tests are listed to help you determine the viability of your system. Below is a listing of systems and browsers in which we have tested Intrsuctional Technology Services, Inc. modules on. From these tests a decision was made as to whether users could be supported that had a particular setup. This means that for systems that are "Not Supported" it does not mean that is can not function, but that we can not support users that wish to run these particular setups. *Video playback capabilities were not a consideration in overall compatibity tests.

PART 1

Do you see the scrolling menu?

If you see a grey box above, wait a few more seconds and a scrolling menu should soon appear.
If you do not see the Java applet, check your browser options/preferences to be sure that Java is enabled.
Download the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment.

PART 2

Browser Test 2 - JavaScript

Do you see the current time?

If you can see the current time, then JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
If you cannot see the current time, it may be that JavaScript has been disabled in your browser.

Browser Test 3 - Flash

Do you see the flash (.swf) animated image below?

If you do not see a section that says what version of flash you have we recommend
you upgrade at least version 8, Click here to download.

Browser Test 4 - Video

Do you see a 320 X 240 size video?

Our videos are currently encoded as Windows Media Video(WMV). This means you need to have a browser capable of playing these types of videos either by default or an installed plugin. If you do not see the video or it is distorted then it most likely means that your current browser does not support the play back. Feel free to contact us for any questions.
