Quality improvement begins with an assessment of your program. The Youth Program Quality Assessment(PQA) tool is a validated instrument designed to evaluate the quality of youth programs and identify staff training needs.  The products on this page support the ASSESS phase and include the assessment instruments, trainings on how to use the assessment tool, and additional supporting materials.
